Welcome to use this application. This application is developed and operated by Xiaoxu Technology.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the application.

I. Formation and Effectiveness of the Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using this application, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.

II. Service Content

This application is a video editing tool that provides technical processing services based on content uploaded by users, including but not limited to video editing, audio processing, and content optimization.

Processing results may be limited by technical conditions, and we do not guarantee that the results will fully meet your expectations.

III. Lawful Use and User Commitments (Important Clause)

You undertake that:

  • You own the lawful rights to the uploaded content or have obtained sufficient authorization.
  • You will not infringe upon any third party's rights and interests, including but not limited to copyright, portrait rights, and privacy rights.
  • You will not use the application for any illegal or non-compliant purpose.

⚠️ Special Statement (Key Risk Protection)

  • This application only provides technical tool services.
  • We do not support or encourage any conduct that infringes the rights of third parties.
  • It must not be used to circumvent platform protection mechanisms or to process unauthorized content.
  • If your conduct causes any dispute or loss, you shall bear the responsibility yourself.

IV. Intellectual Property

  • User-uploaded content belongs to the user.
  • We only process such content to the extent necessary for providing the service.
  • We do not make commercial use of user content.

V. Fees and Payment

1. Charging Model

  • Subscription model (billed periodically, such as every 30 days)
  • Usage-based billing
  • Specific rules shall be subject to what is displayed in the application.

2. Automatic Renewal

Subscription services may renew automatically. You may cancel them in your app store settings.

3. Refund Rules

Refunds shall be handled in accordance with the rules of the applicable app store (such as Apple or Google).

VI. Service Interruption and Force Majeure

Services may be interrupted or delayed due to network issues, device issues, force majeure, or other reasons.

VII. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect losses.
  • However, this does not apply to damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

VIII. Changes to the Agreement

If this Agreement is materially changed, we will notify you by reasonable means.

IX. Termination of the Agreement

If you violate this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service.

X. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute shall be submitted to a people's court with competent jurisdiction for resolution.

XI. Miscellaneous

If any part of this Agreement is held invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.
